Political Icons

Dear All,

On the occasion of late US president Ronald Reagan's 100th birthday on 6th Feb, TIME has come up with a list of 25 political figures who have made an impact over the centuries.

Interestingly this has a mixture of the ancient - Cleopatra, Alexander the Great, Qin Shi Huang ; Medieval - Chenghiz Khan, Akbar, Louis XIV and Modern - Ernesto Che Guevara, Nelson Mandela, Lenin, Simon Bolivar etc.

Our "Father of the Nation" also shares space with them ...

Each page contains their picture and a short description - worth a read....

Indira Mukherjee is back with a bang after a small period of hibernation. Share your views on these icons with her at indianpolicy2010@gmail.com
